[SOLD] 32" Destroyer Wheel - NH, US - $50 + shipping

32 inch destroyer wheel. Nothing wrong with it, mirror finish on the outer rim, some cosmetic tarnishing on the hub and spokes. Could probably be cleaned up to like-new with some SS cleaner. Keyed 1" straight bore. Came off a 1985 Catalina. We replaced it with a 28" in hopes of less knee bashing when moving around the helm.

Nice price, it's almost too tempting. As to the body bashing, you'd be surprised how much it helps to either leather the wheel, or wrap the rim with fancy cordage knot work. And if you like, either one's easy to do at home, while you're watching TV, etc. For me it's fairly meditative. And when you're done the wheel's purdy.
Ah, one other option is to use the padded grip tape used to wrap bicycle handlebars. The number of patterns & colors is endless, & it's quick & easy to apply.

If you go the bike tape wrap, get cork tape, not plastic

Thanks for the tips guys. Hopefully the price doesn't look too good to be true, trying to make it disappear before the not-too-distant future when I will have nowhere to store it. Had it on Ebay for twice the current price for a few weeks with zero bites.
