Meh, everyone's gotta have a hobby.

I'm worried that I'm young enough that I'll live to see the day when those things have multi thousand mile ranges, and regularly bullet across the oceans on autopilot.

What is it, 1900 miles from Bermuda to Azores? Doesn't seem too 'out of the question'.

20 hours at 100mph might be a bit much on the human body, though. 40 hours at 50mph? 80 at 25? I don't really have a concept for what kind of ride that would be.

20 hours at 100 mph, easy for a twin turbine but the fuel burn would be around 8000 gallons of kerosene for the trip.
