I believe that if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade... And try to find somebody whose life has given them vodka, and have a party.
Ron White

Alternatively; If life gives you lemons, you should make apple juice, and confuse the hell out of everyone.

Re: What is Your Favorite Quote?

My insurance guy boats with us often. He is always giving me advise on my coverage, whenever there is a close call (drop something, stub a toe, nudge a piling, kiss the bottom) his favorite saying is: "You are covered for EVERYTHING.(pause)...... except THAT!"

Pertinent to some of the preceding flaming:

"Better to keep one's mouth shut and be thought a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt."
Not sure, an Aussie politician said it in Parliament, but i suspect he was quoting someone else.

I know not whether laws be right
Or whether laws be wrong
All that we know who live in jail
Is that the walls are strong
And that each hour is like a day
A day who's hours are long
