it IS a circumcision clamp. check out the price....no wonder our "great" healthcare in the usa is sooooooooo expensive...sheeeeeesh!!!

But waiting until someone could make own decision (especially the not to part) would largely remove the purpose of doing so.

Has always seemed odd to me that sexually molesting a child is (legally) considered worse than sexually mutilating a child . I would have thought at least on a par. at least.

I suspect a Snip coming shortly from the Mods............
