Using a Third Lung in the Bahamas

Hi guys,
I have a Browne Third lung that I will be taking along with us to the bahamas this winter. I remeber reading some where that I need to get a permit to use it. Is this correct? I cant seem to find any info on whether it is legal in the bahamas and if a permit is required. Any info would be helpful

No - you don't need a permit to use a 3RD Lung (surface air) in the Bahamas.
Neither surface air nor SCUBA is permitted for hunting/fishing.
