Once everything is under control...what's the problem ?
especially at anchor..these hot tropical evenings...skinny dipping is just the thing...

In any event there are only two types, so what's the issue...why do people get so upset about it ?

Well, it was great for about the first three minutes. Then people started pointing and yelling. The captain and one of his crew came down and told me to put my clothes back on. And by the time the Ferry docked in Woods Hole, there were two police cars waiting at the dock.....

man, this sailing naked is complicated, isn't it? Who knew the Commonwealth of Massachusetts had laws against it?

Do you mean, George Costanza , who suffered cold-water "shrinkage", from the Seinfeld TV program?

That would be cool. I quit using the Canibul name a long time ago in most places. It's hard to get the name Gringo, so when that's taken I try for either 2Gringos or GringoTCI...

Got up this AM. Temps on deck were in the 30's.
I suspect there won't be many "Nudies" out today.
The Canadians seem to be impervious to these temps though. Had a bunch in the pool the other day at the yacht club. Water had to be like 50F.
I turned blue just watching them.
It was warmer in Maine this AM than here in Miami,,,LOL

Naked is the ONLY way I sail once I am away from marina or heavy traffic.

It's really the only way to go here in humid warm Florida.

Tried it once, and Hey Presto! A coastguard boat appears off the horizon heading straight to us. Well, wasn't that the day I had a strappy dress on, and couldn't get the straps sorted as these guys raced towards us. Well, I luckily managed to get it on (if not, I'd have raced into the cabin and grabbed a sensible t-shirt, so no worries), and the moment I was covered, the CG backed off and went elsewhere!!

I love snorkeling and free-diving in the nude, streamlined and natural like all the tropical fish around you.

The only problem is if you happen to stop at a “cleaning station” and they give you the full service treatment….ouch!

New Zealanders advocate a thick coating of unprocessed sheep's grease - applied to all exposed areas at least 3 times per day. the applicator should be a friend if not a relation.
