Hey Spencer

You just go to YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. and search for the song you want. When you find it, you copy the URL (in the top search bar) of that song ... and come back here and paste the URL into your message.

The little youtube window will come up all by itself. You don't have to do anything.

But ... if you have about 1,000,000 songs to paste, I'd suggest just writing the names of them down instead of posting the youtube URLs b/c it just takes up a tonne of space and time to scroll thru them all

I hope that helps -- and good luck!

cheers,
S

This has been an expensive thread for me...bringing back memories of old tunes has me clicking away the dollars on iTunes... Not good.. Going broke $1.00 at a time, well, ninety nine cents at a time anyway.. And a few $1.29.

Re: Songs To Sail By

I have produced 2 cds for boaters. One is called "Happy Hour" and you can download it from my website at Ed Bulmer's Happy Hour CD Boating Songs.
The other is a comedy cd for boaters called Special Ed as Captain Kook for those who like a little humor. You can download this CD at www.comedyandparodysongs.com. See second page. Hope you will at least take a look.

This is a cool song I don't believe anyone has mentioned. Toots and the Maytals called Sailin' On.

Re: Songs To Sail By

I am surprized that nobody has mentioned Eric Stone. He is hillareous, his songs really hit the point, he is performing on most boat shows. He is a good friend of mine. I have all his CD's and that is pretty much what we are playing when we are longing to go to sea.

I love listening to movie soundtracks. Gladiator, Pearl Harbor, Batman Begins etc. They are very dramatic and emotional and provide an awesome soundtrack while crashing through the waves.
