I guess it is like everything else. People tend to gravitate tward quailty we want a bigger house or a better car or boat. As a real estate invester I bought better property as I became a better invester. I noticed that when Bob Vila started his new show he planed to do more modest homes now he is back to bigger fancier ones. I think it is because beople are more interested in seeing how people live on the other side. I would like to see a Hinkley over a hunter myself.
