Re: Sadly Mermaids Don't Exist...

If the government is telling us there is no such thing as a mermaid, it means the government has caught one.

Re: Sadly Mermaids Don't Exist...

I guess I should have mentioned that this is a 15 year old mermaid, so be nice.

Re: Sadly Mermaids Don't Exist...

Well that proves they don't exist because I-phones aren't submersible and no 15 year old could do without a phone...... unless they have Foam Boxes below the water????

Re: Sadly Mermaids Don't Exist...

This one has been cruising with her parents for the last 2~3 years and functions fine without all the trappings of teenage life. I have yet to meet any adults that were cruising kids that weren't totally cool, laid back adults, comfortable in their own skin. She used to do video news shows for other cruising kids in the Caribbean. A special young lady indeed.

Re: Sadly Mermaids Don't Exist...

Fellas,

There are mermaids. Whenever I look across the harbor here in Copenhagen I see a statue of one.

Had the dogwatch once sailing across the med and one swan alongside the boat for a couple of minutes. And no - I had not had anything to drink/smoke/ingest.

Cute thing too

Our books have gotten 5 star reviews on Amazon. Several readers have written "I never thought I would go on a circumnavigation, but when I read these books, I was right there in the cockpit with Vinni and Carsten"

And the shrooms had nothing to do with it.

Online, do you have a link? I'd like to see that (as a teacher I'm always on the lookout for good examples of kids own videos, so many are complete mush!)

Right as for the rest of you. Had you bothered to read the link, you would see:

1 - The article starts with a photo of a mermaid. Ergo, mermaids exist.
2 - The article states:
Quote:
Conversely, the US government declaration offered no conclusive proof to deny the existence of mermaids
Please, stop jumping to wild conclusions which don't match with the evidence presented.
