Meditation Techniques
Hi...
Looking for ideas on how to best maintain a "meditation posture" --- while cruising and under constant movement aboard our sailboat.......I find I cannot simultaneously stay alert to the boat and allow myself to effectively meditate....I would appreciate any info on techniques used -- while keeping one hand firmly on the boat!
