lost NASDS C card have microfilm

I was SCUBA certified in the late 70's by an NASDS shop and instructor. At that time I got my C card and a microfilm record of my cert.

Supposedly, if I lost my card, the film would be my documentation to get a replacement. Well, I lost the c card and now, 30 +
years later, NASDS doesn't exist and no one seems to know anything about the micro film.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Go visit an ssi or padi instructor, explain your situation, maybe they would give you a card after just doing a refresher dive with them. If you haven't dove for 30 years... That might be a stretch and not such a good idea though.

Re: lost NASDS C card have microfilm

I actually have been actively diving , but filled my tanks on a friends (commercial dive co ) compressor so I rarely used my c-card
