i know you probably want to watch the game in real time...but you could have a friend burn you a DVD and watch it later for pennies, compared to the other costs........

Here's a related tip for getting more TV enjoyment from internet broadcasts or Slingbox. I have a 26" flat screen mounted in my Cat 36. When I watch TV from the network websites or Hulu, my HP laptop has an HDMI Out port that allows me to run a cable from the laptop to the TV and watch programs on the "big" screen rather than the laptop screen. Most of the newer laptops have this now and mine was an $ 899 cheapie, so it's not just on the expensive ones.

Yeah, I just started doing this last weekend. I was just making them both show the same screen, but stumbled on setting up the laptop and TV as two separate screens. Now I can stream on the TV "monitor" and watch fantasy stats on the laptop! It also works for playing on cruiser's forum while the wife watches whatever...
