Actually down in NC the preferred fish for "fishhead stew" is Cobia if you are lucky enough to catch one.

Minnesota, Ontario, Lake st clair, Manitoba, Ireland, Scotland, Holland ...

i caught my first dorado last week--awesome goood--and then i caught another spanish mackerel and a larger tuna---was a goood week ---i wish i could catch the ones at anchor as well as i do with the ones trolling---havent gotten any other than catfish while at anchor.....still working on it...LOL.......those buguns look deeeelishus, boys...LOL.....
