I have a typical raw water cooling set up...all the water goes though the head and into the mixing manifold..into the r mixing muffler and overboard....the water temp as it leaves the ex hole is barley warm....is this normal?

For Raw water cooled engines (no fresh side) the temperature is never more then 130-140 degrees F.

For fresh water cooled engines (with coolant tank, the raw water is barely warm and that is normal.
