European Yacht Clubs

We have a great inexpensive yacht club in the State that has reciprocity with almost every other US yacht club. Over the past two years we've gotten some real deals because of it. But we're getting ready to go to the Med. So my questions are 1. Do European yacht clubs have reciprocity and 2. Recommendations on which one to join if they do have reciprocity.
