Re: Speedway!
500cc, Alcohol fuel, No Brakes, No transmission, 0 to 60 in 3 seconds,

Glad to see other sailors here from the dirt track oval! I raced Flat Track and Speedway here in Canada in the 80's and 90's. Mr. B had CONCRETE walls on the Australian tracks! At least our Canada tracks had thin plywood, so they would just slow you down as you went through the wall! The BEST fences was when I raced in Sweden, they had cushioned walls.

Track bikes: Honda CR125, CR250, 450, JAP, JAWA Speedway!

Re: Bikers on Board ?

Love bikes down to 3 now.
I'm part of the ABH camp. Anything but harley. I like riding not waiting for the tow truck on the side of the road. Hell I'd even ride one of those Russian Urals!

Re: Bikers on Board ?

I have always loved BMW's. In a perfect world, one would have several bikes to cover all the bases. Touring, Track, Trail etc. The GS and the GS Adventure, along with the large KTM's are like the Swiss Army Knives of motorcycles! This is ripping the Tail of the Dragon in North Carolina. A month later, I was above the Arctic Circle.

Re: Bikers on Board ?

I'm moving back to Australia at the end of the year and I'm dreaming of getting back on two wheels once again. Thankfully Ducati has created a new bike that I am lusting after, the Xdiavel
