Best Place for Live aboard?

Loving the Keys right now, the water, the diving, the sailing. But
getting divorced has made me see the town a little different and remember some
of the towns we used to live in. Like! Good restuarants, steam room, good movie theaters, Racquetball Courts, you know some of the fun city stuff. A bachelor with a boat might take a look at Panama. They use the dollar, and most folks speak English. Lots of pretty ladies around. It's worth a plane ticket to fly to Panama City, rent a car, and tour around. It's where I'd go, if I was relocating away from the USA. Especially if I was a bachelor.
