Bahamas charter

Hi all, Have owned a Gemini Cat and raced Mono's in the past and also chartered Lagoon 380's in the BVI several times but for a change we want to go to the Bahama's and see that world.
Any recommendations for starting and 'don't miss' places? Probably a 10 day charter on a Cat. We plan to do a lot of snorkel with the family of 4 adults and 2 kids 10 & 7. time would be around March
Provisions and fuel would of course be important but we eat pretty low key and maybe even not going ashore for meals unless there is a don't miss idea out there.
Any help / ideas would be appreciated. I've seen some of the 'guide' books but ??

March can still have regular cold fronts blow through the Bahamas and the water will be on the chilly side unless you stay far south if you are looking for swimming, snorkeling, etc. If you are set on that time of year though, check out chartering out of Georgetown in the Exumas.
