On the contrary, thank you for posting appropriately sized images for a web forum.

All good then!

...altho, on reflection, we're guilty of being a bit misleading...one of those images (with the Red Ensign) is actually a sunrise...

Thanks!

The odd pelican is probably the geezer behind the lens...

Re: Any Photographers with DSLR's Around ?

Very nice, Mrs. Coops.

I was on a slow connection for quite a while, but I'm back now to enjoy the offerings here. Perhaps I'll find something from the last couple of months on the water to offer up.

Re: Any Photographers with DSLR's Around ?

Nikon D800 with prime 50mm (f1.4), 24 - 85mm (my every day almost every occasion lens) and a fixed 200mm. Still getting to grips with it as there are no 'automatic' settings. Results have been fairly impressive thus far (where I've remembered to make all the adjustments before pressing the button!), but an awful long way to go yet!

As for using it on board... Only just bought my boat and although the camera came aboard with me for the sea trial, I was so excited at the thought of owning this boat that I forgot to take a single photo...DOH!!
