Re: Any Classic Car Enthusiasts on Board ?

It surprises me the depth of the car enthusiast culture here…….and it makes me smile!

Re: Any Classic Car Enthusiasts on Board ?

This has been a great reed! Thanks for starting it.
Fast rollers and slow sail boats seem to go together.

I will post pix later of my 1988 Cadero. A Cadero is the 1988 Pontiac Fiero mid engine with a 4.9 aluminum Cadillac V-8. It is sporty, 330HP in a 2,500lb. car. The Caddy only weighs 85 pounds more than the 4 cylinder "Iron Duke" she had. Lowered all around, larger wheels, 160MPH rated tires, beautiful paint job, +++. I have only had her up to 125 as I am getting too old.

My wife has a 2008 Pontiac Solstice, but she will not go to the drag strip with me.

Other rollers I have had:
1953 MG TD
1959 Triumph TR3A
1963 Corvair Monza
1969 Mustang

Age and health are forcing us to sell our beloved Cal Cruising 46. Then she wants and XKE and I want a 1955 MG TF.
