Guessing here: Marigot Bay, St. Lucia. Just found a website that might show it today: Marigot Bay, St Lucia - home of Discovery Hotel, The Marina Village and more. Also try Googlemaps and see if maybe it looks right? There's a lighthouse on the point - that would be the point in the background in your photo. .

English Harbour, Antigua. Nelson's Dockyard to the right and Antigua Slipway to the left. Looks like a pretty old photo.

Hmm. Seems like I will defer to Hud - he's down there. Looking at it again, that DOES make more sense!

I'll swear it's not Marigot. The harbour is not that big even in an old picture. More like half as big. Other pictures I've seen has me agreeing with Hud. Besides he is on the home team

I think Marigot bay had much steeper hills and was less devloped. I remember crossing the bay on a ferry to get on a trolley to lift me half-way up the hill to my room. Funny but there was no glass in the windows and I didn't mind. '04 or '05 Jazz festival.

Definitely English Harbor taken from over the Admiral's Inn looking at the Slipway.
