Our marina wet slip is AU$835 per month or you can take a 12 month deal for just over AU$10K gives you 14 months as they throw in 2 months extra for free.

The marina that I am casual berthing at whilst waiting for repairs to be done and for me to get there and do some shake down trips before relocating the boat to our permanent marina is charging me $30 per day to keep my 38' Silverton wet slipped on a secure marina slip with power and water supplied plus no extra for me to live aboard whilst I do the shake down cruises.

Marina Del Rey/Los Angeles CA, rates for 35' sailboat range from $480 to $670/month. I found that the lower priced slips were maintained by the county and would try to put the 35' boat in a 30' slip. The other problem was width - the smaller slips wouldn't accommodate 11'9" beam! Their solution, put the boat in a 40' slip. Realistically, it costs $540+/month for a 35' boat in Los Angeles. Likewise for Redondo Beach, Oxnard, Ventura. They haven't figured out that demand is off (lots of empty slips), so they should reduce their rates.

Re: Slip Fees

BTW my boat is 19 feet. I don't know if they charge by foot. I believe the largest boat in the Marina is 35 foot.

Re: Slip Fees

I am paying 93 a month in Astoria. (40 ft) I think that may be the cheapest in the US.

Re: Slip Fees

my 63ft yacht would be about $16,000 per annum in the marina near to me.

Re: Slip Fees

Anacortes, WA: $7-8 per foot per month, However, they charge by the slip size, so if you have a 30 foot boat, you might pay for a 32 ft slip etc...
