Ship Boat to Lake Ontario

I may ship a 30' sailboat to Lake Ontario in the spring and need to know a Marina I can ship to that can replace mast and get boat ready to go. I think (no exp here) the paperwork would be easiest if I ship to US side. Plan to go down St Lawrence River. Ideal would be Rochester or West of there I think ...... not familiar with area.
