We keep our boat at Pleasant Street Wharf in Wickford RI. This is a great place, friendly, close to the village of Wickford. Transient slips are sometimes available and moorings usually are available. Full serive, fuel, ice and repairs if needed.

In Newport, Old Port Moorings or Newport Mooring are the best deals. Slips in Newport are EXPENSIVE. But with a mooring and launch service it is a great palce to be.
