Reccomendations on a marina/yacht club, long island sound?

Looking for a few good places to stop on the long island sound; either southern Connecticut coast or northern Long Island coast.

I've been to many different types of places from brewer yards to danfords port Jefferson and I am looking for a place that's going to be more like the latter. Others I enjoyed were the old Saybrook point inn and marina and the montauk yacht club. Does anyone have a recommendation for another new place to try out like these?
