Hi, sorry, I posted in the wrong section under seamanship, thinking how hard it would be to land a 35' with a 14.5' beam...what I really need to know is are there slips to accomodate that beam along the eastern
ICW in
marinas, I'm sure there are, but how plentyful are they....and most of all, what would a slip cost per day/per month, I can't
lease on an annual basis as I'd be moving along...
Interested in the Tenn/Tom, Big Muddy, gulf area, LA, AL, MS, FA and the inside
ICW. Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri are some others to do as well.
Should I stay with a narrower beam say 9'...if there is a big cost difference?
Draft is only 2.5' and bridge clearance is 10', for those covered docks.
I have never been in a pleasure
boat that wide, I can see people running off the docks as I approach!
Thanks...
