Yes, 10/ft/month. Like I said it's mostly a working yard. They don't have slips, per se. It's just 1 long face dock
and boats tie up inside and outside of it.
There are about a half dozen permanent boats. I don't think they want to tie up too many spots, but 2 boats are about to leave. So I think they would be open to new long terms boats. They are good people. We like it there and I can say that they do good work, too. Their paint
guys are first rate. And no I don't get a commission for saying that. I've just seen their workmanship up close.
