Florida marina

hey all
i am planning on moving my sailboat from the rio dulce to florida, any recommendations on a well priced marina within an hour to a major airport, so far i am leaning to harbortoçwn in fort pierce, at $9 per foot and no bridges it seems reasonable, just looking for any other opinions or recommendations, East coast with easy access to the Bahamas.

I've used the Canaveral Marina at Port Canaveral. It is not as convenient for the Bahamas, but you can easily hop cruise ship shuttles to and from the Orlando airport. They have hard and wet storage and a good marine store.

Indiantown is also convenient to the Bahamas, allows DIY, mostly storage on the hard and is located on fresh water. You do have to deal with a few bridges and a lock to get there however. Public transportation to get there is not convenient.

Just a couple more for you to consider if harbortown doesn't work out.

Any recommendations for a relatively low cost marina in Florida to park a 43 ft sailing catamaran listed for sale? One of my cruising friends recommended Ft. Pierce, another Ft. Lauderdale, and another anywhere in Palm Beach County. I need more specifics - Active Captain lists hundreds in those locations and I don't have time to look at all of them.

Tough to get inside of $15/foot in Lauderdale, mostly higher in marinas...there is good traffic on cats though...

How would you rate Harbortown Marina? I have an inquiry in to their Dockmaster to see if they can handle my catamaran and would like some feedback before committing to a year-long contract.
