DIY Yard On Pamlico

I'm looking for a do-it-yourself yard anywhere on the Pamlico Sound where we can haul a Brewer 42 and leave it on the hard for 6 months. $$$$ is a factor!! The yard doesn't need to be pretty or near civilization.

Any suggestions?
