Which page are we talking about, I can't seem to locate the "Today's Posts". I see a "New Posts" but that's only what is says, new posts.

When I hit my favorites it takes me to 'Recent Discussions". So, after I reply to a post I have to hit my favorites again.

You's guys have a different tool bar then I. I don't have a "Quick Links" here on my Mac. Maybe when I get to my PC on Tuesday it'll show.

I think there is some code in the software to not show the fancy DHTML menus to older browsers. What browser and version are you using?

I'm running the Mac G4 w/OS X 10.1.5 with additional upgrades. And IE 5.1.

I'll check my PC later today to see if it shows there. I work a second shift and that's were it's at.

Andy, I just completed the configuration of this version of Vbulletin (3.5.4) with the latest version of PhotoPost Pro (5.2) this morning. Wasn't easy, but it works now. Let me know if you have any questions I might be able to answer.

Cook, I have the gallery updated to PhotoPost Pro 5.3 but really wanted to switch to vBGallery that I use on the other sites I manage. I like the simplicity of vBGallery and the way the templates run through the vBulleting template system...

I will let you know if I need a hand. What site were you working on?

It's a private site for my employer, but in the end it should be relatively impressive in terms of galleries, discussions, file exchanges.

We didn't even look at the VbGallery system, since the Pro appears to have the whole shared template system anyway. In the end, we had to modify the PP settings database entries directly, because the script pages weren't writing data accurately. It's critical to get the paths entered correctly, as well as the bb cookie prefix entered.

Good luck!

Yes, I might give up and just stick with photopost, but I will figure that out tomorrow...

Now that I'm on the PC

I have all the tool bar links like I should. So, apparently Mac has trouble with communication with the new upgrades.

But I've been able to work around that thru other paths. I just hope it doesn't reject capibilities.

If you have logged on once during the day, and then return on the same day, and select "new posts" from the blue title bar, it is unavailable.
