We did that this morning.

Be nice to these guys it's not easy to get people that know how to write to do this job. Besides, they have powerful moderator weapons to even the score. Janet has a practice target range set up in the secret Moderators forum so they can practice. I expect they will be doing some good things all too soon.

They are all folks you already know, so not too much has changed.

I hope they have performance targets to meet. For example, x Forum Members banned per month, y warnings given to Forum Members per month, etc.

And strict consequences such as sackings of moderators if they don't meet their targets .

MR Gmac if you dont mind...and I wish too take issue with a number of things that you have said, as for you MR Wheels your ability to be obscuse with unilateral dialog is causing some consternation amongst the rank and file of this esteemed establishment. Your leadership should be questioned by this crew...The singular unrest is tantamount to a proposition of mutiny. I for one will not further their cause ,but for to remind you that this ship is sailed by all. The fact that you now obviously have "installed" MR Gmac as an officer of your realm leaves the crew with fear and loathing. I would suggest that you immediately place a parchment at the mast, held with knife, stating your true intentions as to the latitude we go. As to you MR Gmac it has been obzerved in past that you are an "agitator" someone who is prone to "push a personal cause" Ey,.. I havr heard the rumbling below decks. Beans eat and the results in your face eye say... Bar hum bug to you "modeerators" you only keep tha peace, whats init for us eye hear, look sharply for out for there is always a wanten heathen thist will challenge you.....if be only goodly intentions then good luck and god to the, but ..you to a grave as a poor man will go...fair winds and all with my blessin..cross me once as a favour for learnin after that we be at sides for all to see.. bless ya dark and stormy hearts for taking command, ...only those who make decisions with power wear the stab wounds of tha disgruntled...

Congrats to all.
Does this mean I'll have to cut back on the Rum rations while I post?
OK but just for a week or two. It'll give me time to re-sharpen the old cutlass.
