If the feds outlaw jammers, I'm sure some RF nerds (like the RADAR detector people) will develop a legal ECM system.

Probably fits right in with the thread that has been running about anchoring in Miami.

In the Colorado river, the rafters moon the Amtrak California Zephyr. It's much bigger than a drone. It works and the Amtrak goes away.

I have the photo but my attempts to post it have failed. Anyone want to see it including the topless lady with the mooner on a raft, tell me how to post a photo.

Good luck.
That's not so at all. You can fly as low as you want if you are not in controlled airspace and if there are no houses and people around (for the most part, ag planes etc.etc.). This is part of why the US is the greatest place on earth to fly stuff, uncontrolled airspace. We have some, I don't know if any other country has any uncontrolled airspace, or at least uncontrolled flight.
I hope these drone peckerheads don't screw it up for regular planes. If you need to have all the airspace controlled to control the drones, that means everybody else gets screwed too.

Yeah I knew some good law abiding citizen would come up with that. It was a very big and impressive throw with a full can and we were likely going less than 5 knots passing diagonally in front, well clear of the anchor warp and their fishing lines which were streaming aft as I recall.
Unfortunately the can burst so we couldn't drink it.

I'm in Miami. What are my legal rights?

First instinct is to throw things at it.
(have only read the first page so far, but jumping in)
WalMart, in the sports section, has a great little CO2 powered BB pistol (looks like a M1911A1 Colt.45 Semi-auto).
It's a "made-in-Japan" model, with very high quality; model number is like xxL 1500', or something (I can dig out the manual if you want the exact brand/model info).
It is very powerful, accurate, and loads about 14 BB's at a time, IIRC. You can fire it as fast as you can pull the trigger for 14 rounds.
If you are a decent marksman, you can lay down some rapid fire hurt on that drone. Effective range is up to 20-30 yards, far safer than my first choice for this situation: a shotgun....
I use it on feral dogs, 'coons, etc. Rarely kills one but they tend not to come back for another scavenging session.

Harass that scumsucking drone pilot back (you're male, right, not a female on deck in a bikini? Not that it matters).

slingshot. that's the proper tool for the job. gotta go stealth.

drones are going to end up being a curse. not only will uncle sam always be spying on us but, everyone else will, too.

Who have you pissed off?
It didn't leave when I threw a bottle at it or flipped it off.

It only left you once I clearly stood on deck filming it.

I was slightly disappointed because I had a can of black beans in the other hand that could have really messed it up. ha ha

It was the wrong brand. If it had been Ninkasi
I would have made a dive for it.
