If I were a personal liability lawyer with shark type tendencies, I would drop everything else I was doing and get in to drone malpractice and safety lawsuits. Many a fortune will be made in this area.

Buy a trot line and some Helium balloons.
Goggle Barrage balloons and you'll get the picture.
