USCG Documentation Site - How to change address?

I want to change the mailing address for our USCG documentation. The renewal date is not till late summer.

I cannot find any form or online page that allows me to change just the address. It looks like I have to do the address change at the time of the documentation renewal but the doc renewal letter will never reach us. We used a mail forwarding service for the old USCG address and they cannot legally forward mail when the renewal form is sent to that old address.

I am sure there is a way to change just the mailing address but I sure cannot find it.

- phone call
- FAX
- send them an e-mail
