Transferring yacht registration to an offshore registered company

I have a yacht registered under the U.K. flag. Have a company registered in Anguilla but reside in neither country. Wish to transfer registration to the Anguilla flag. Yacht sailing the Caribbean and not returning to Europe. Appreciate any advice.

There are service companies that will take care of it for you, or you could call the registration office. Should be simple, because Anguilla is part of the UK
