Regulations

After reading the EU tax on red tagged fuel. Since tax on fuel was originally proposed to fund the building and maintence of roads.
I would not be suprised to hear that The govt. of the world have not come up with a sail tax.
You would be taxed per the max. sq.ft of sail you carry on board.
In essence a tax on how much wind you could be using. That tax would be used to maintain the quality of the wind.
