Pavillon Hollandais (Belge)

Has anyone ever had any experience registering their boat through company called Pavillon Hollandais (also known as Pavillon Belge)?

Just interested in hearing about your experience, good or bad.

HI! Their just like an buffer or the middle-man style. You pay..they go get.

I have not used them before. Looked them up on the net.. They seem ok. I don't here any complaints.

What are you trying to do? And why Them?
Regards, Richard

Hi Richard
Thanks for the reply.
Long story, but we are considering Dutch registration and it seemed an easy trouble free way of organising it.

HI! Some time's you have to let's say "Play the Game..LOL" However; What people don't do and should do; Is put it into their favor by following the simple rule! "DOCUMENTATION" is your key to freedom and a good sleep. Write down and keep all record's of Dates, Names, about, why, clarification as to what's said or written..etc. The simple who, what, Where, when works for most.

Now when it comes to REG a boat.. Read their contracts or agreement and make sure there's no GOTCHA's in there!! If you find any cross them out and initial them and have them initial/sigh too. Before you give them a $ deposit $. If they don't agree with what you want changed.. Then , I guess you know why.

Take any documents they want you to agree too; to an Attorney and he/she will make the changes for you. The more you control the better the outcome to your side.

Richard...

One last note: Make sure that you state in it that; "For a period not less then of ?? years, the company will; guarantee's to pay any and all expense or fees for to complete; resolve any issues that may; arise in regards to the application (s) sent forth on your behalf by the "company".

This is why you need legal assistance before going ahead with them.
