Paperwork and other to enter Cuba

Hello,

as some of forum user could notice my post where I am looking info about Cuba. Thank for all your help

Now I would like to ask you about paperwork and other important information. Me and crew are all EU citizenships. Boat is under Cyprus(EU) bandera.
Do I have to prepare some documents, forms, call local (Santiago de Cuba) comandante or sth like this ?

Thank you
