Re: Murder at Sea

My point was to keep them off the boat in the first place. Trusting one's life to someone willing to threaten injury and death to coerce obedience is not a wise move. Perhaps Sir Blake was of the opinion that the robbers wouldn't just leave everyone unharmed. Perhaps the resistance he gave, and the shock of having killed, motivated the robbers to flee, whereas if there had been total submission they may have felt emboldened to indulge in a little more applied power-trip. Who knows. In the circumstances, I think he was a very brave man. Wish there were more like him, the robbing scum of the world would have it a lot harder. There are many.

Re: Murder at Sea

Perhaps, but someone trying to rob or attack me is not going to find an easy mark. I extend that mindset to defending others as well. Having come into this world naked, screaming and covered in someone else's blood, I see no problem in going the same way, if the only other choice is being executed.

I rest my case.
