LBO check in north of Ft.Pierce
I'm seeing conflicing/incomplete info on using the LBO (local boater option) to check in north of Ft. Pierce.
We may sail from Bahamas northwest to Port Canaveral or maybe up to Fernandina if the weather is good. We have registered properly for the LBO.

Is phoning in allowed with the LBO program further north of S. Florida?
