Keys No Discharge Zone Expansion

It looks like the Feds are getting into the act and want to extend the Keys no discharge zone, which currently applies only to state waters, to include the entire marine sanctuary. This means an extension of about a mile seaward of the current limits on the Atlantic side.

Works for me.....I was amazed at the amount of dead coral down there....last year
