It's interesting to watch this, form an opinion (Why in the world did the big ship turn to port???), and then read the commentary. Apparently there is a narrow channel and the big ship (a liquid natural gas carrier) was constrained. Comments suggest that the ships had agreed on a stbd/stbd (green / green) crossing.

So blame is perhaps not so obvious!

Yes, and the AIS capture seems to be edited to not show any other traffic so we don't known if any other ships were around.
