I didn't pay, and I didn't complain I just said I didn't make it the cut. But then I lost my green thingie 6 months ago.

And I haven't been crying about the ads either as I don't believe it is my right to use a site owned by someone else and get to dictate the content.

I since am a greenie again I guess, but see the ads I did before and still don't know what the big deal is.

I actually am kind of surprised this thread hasn't been closed and deleted.

I agree wit you Cburger et. al., although we've already gone over this theme. Check out my comments back in post 84, and post 97.

BTW a big for ad blockers. Makes the Web tolerable.

If you don't want to see the ads then pay for a membership or stop reading the site.
Unless things have changed, Andy isn't losing money due to adblockers. Revenue for ads is generated from site traffic. Even if he receives a "bonus" for ad clicks, I would assume the people installing the blockers, are not interested and therefore would not click on them anyway.

I do not have the adblocker and the ads do not bother me.

Ditto. The actual question was asked and answered. And talk straying off to moderators is agin the rules.

Re: Has The Cruisers Forum Sold Out?

The question has been asked, the discussion has been had and as always, there are several answers depending on your point of view. Nothing further of interest seems to be getting added so we have closed the thread. Thanks to all who participated in it.

Coops.
