Guanica Puerto Rico - Need location customs office

I am a U.S. citizen at Parguera about 10 nm from Guanica. Want to clear out through Guanica customs without having to take my boat there but cannot find an address for customs in Guanica. Need a dispacho for the Dominican Republic which is why I'll need to go there.

Anybody have an address? Tried calling but was unsuccessful getting through using numbers I found on the net.
