Entering Thailand
I am about to head from Singapore to Koh Samui and clear into Thailand there. I cannot locate any information about pre-notification requirements or any paperwork that needs to be ready for arrival. Does anyone have any info on this?

Dont arrive on a weekend or you get hit with an extra US$100. Weekends = Fri, Sat, Sun
