Do i need a build form?
I have a boat with clear title, in FL, registered in FL, I have the cg-1258..in there linty,,of forms dos and donts,it says that I need a build certified letter? its a 1971 Morgan, im sure I wont be able to pull that off, can I get by with the application for simplified measurement? I tried to call there # in Virginia, THAT was a total waste off time..
