if you pay for a marina why would you not leave it there and being that you get weeks warning move the boat at that time. You have to remember you are most likely in the view of some very rich people so they keep track of how long you are there and call on you. the law is vague for that reason so they give you a warning and hopefully you move. Its strange that people here call the law names untill there needed In jacksonville they couldnt prove it but some home owners or some one was cutting the lines at night and letting the boat float down the river. Than the owners of the boat wanted somthing form the marine partol.
