Zodiac Zoom Floor Boards

I lost the first three floor boards from my Zodiac Zoom 340S. I have the back one and I want to make the three forward ones. Dose anyone have the specs on these boards. If some one has a 340S around Nor Cal and will let me take measurements or make a template that would be great. Thanks

Re: Zodiac Zoom Floor Boards

Hi Rearsteer
I am new to the cruisers forum, but have also lost my floor boards for the Zodiac Zoom 340S. If you still had the templates would you mind sending them to me. I am not sure how it works, so you may have to talk me through it. They may even be on this feed and I may not be able to see them.
Thank you
Sue

I made my new ones out of 1/2'' CDX plywood. I made it in two pieces insted of four. One piece from the transom up to where the dink starts to turn up at the bow and the second forword one from there up. Cut a hole out of the front one for the air inflator cap. Lay the dink out on a hard flat serface with about 1/4 of the air in it. Now you can use the inside bottom as your template. Measure the inside floor and take one inch off the sides for room when inflated( that is one inch total, 1/2'' per side). Do not cut 1/2'' off the back part that will go along the transom, only where the air tubes are. Round off the outside edges and sand smooth where they will lay along the air tubes. Primer and paint them and you should be good to go.
