Wind Gen, Radar and Engine Lift on One Pole

Our Pretorien has the provision for a wind generator - the wiring and the lower mount are already in place. There really is no good place on the mast for a radar scanner. We also will need some way to lift an outboard. So...

My idea is to start with schedule 80 aluminum pipe , 1.5" nominal, which fits the lower mount, a hefty stainless one. The schedule 80 is over 1mm thicker than schedule 40, at 5.08mm wall thickness.

The pole would have to be about 12' high, give or take. Wind gen (air-x with those fancy Portugese blades) goes up high, and then I use some Hollaender fittings to make a platform for the radar, or get a shop to weld it up. The radar will be a 18-20" scanner, so perhaps 17lbs for the unit + mount weight. It will most likely be a Broadband radar dome, so no worries about cooking humans.

The Engine lift is at deck level more or less, and I can make that up easily with the Hollaender fittings, and some plastic "Slip" rings

My question is, will the schedule 80 pipe, with bracing, be strong enough?

How big an outboard are you lifting (weight)?
Are you going to use thick walled support tubing and through bolt everything?
How long is the arm for the engine lift?

The engine should be a 15hp 2 stroke, so about 80 lbs. Yes, the support tubing will be sized appropriately. I can even run the schedule 40 1.5' aluminum pipe as supports if this is needed - and yes, everything would be thru-bolted.

The lift arm would be about 30 inches?
