Where to Recycle Oil

Looking for suggestions on where to recycle oil in Kemah, TX. My old marina (Waterford) had a facility on site, but I'm at Boardwalk now and wondering where to get rid of the old oil.

Re: Where to recycle oil

The Walmart in Kemah will take used oil for free. Actually at the TLE in the back. You will need to fill out their waste oil log. Quick and easy.

Not certain about TX but in FL most autosupply stores and quicky oil change locations take old oil. Try Autozone, Discount Autoparts, Jiffylube. Tougher were the filters. Been taking the to the local county waste collection center. Might check on that in TX as well.

Thanks. Walmart took the oil. Appreciate it.

Or you can just add it to that which your boiler burns and it burns the old stuff well!
